ABOUT Trust
J.K.K.Munirajah, a renowned industrialist, is the Chairman and Managing Trustee of Annai J.K.K.Sampoorani Ammal Charitable Trust. He has a postgraduate degree in Textile Management from Bolton Institute of Technology, UK. With 40 years of industrial experience, he founded the trust in 1971 in memory of his mother to provide healthcare and education. The trust established a hospital, paramedical institutions, a polytechnic college, and a school for the blind, deaf, and dumb. They also provide free eye camps, ENT camps, and general health camps. Dr. Munirajah has received several awards, including the California Golden State Award, National Award, and State Awards. He was also conferred a Cultural Doctorate in Humanities by World University Round Table, USA. The trust established a rehabilitation center for the physically handicapped in collaboration with an American unit, providing boarding, lodging and employment opportunities.
