JKKMCT has strong links with many firms and organizations in private and public sectors. New knowledge skills and an insights into work can be developed by students in conjunction with employers in the business and industry sectors.

During the four years of course period, all students will attend in-plant training and internships in their respective industries. This will give the students an insight into professional, industrial world and will enable them to update their hard and soft skills.

The primary objective is to provide students with a variety of career-related services that will help them to prepare for, enter, and succeed in the workforce. The key objectives are as follows:

To provide students with the resources, tools, and guidance they need to explore career options and make informed decisions. To assist students in developing the skills and competencies necessary to succeed in the workforce. To connect students with potential employers and job opportunities. To support students in their job search efforts and provide ongoing career support throughout their professional journey.

Placement opportunities range from local, national companies who will visit the JKKMCT campus to recruit young engineers, from all disciplines, on an annual basis. Apart from these companies, MK AUTO COMPONENTS India, will also be recruiting their employees from JKKMCT only.

Mission

The Training and Placement Team of JKKMCT is dedicated towards achieving 100% placements and leaves no stone unturned in preparing Recruitment schedule of the year by inviting HR Teams of different corporate to ensure the smooth functioning of the Campus-Recruitment process. Meanwhile, numerous Training programs, Workshops, Seminars, Industry interactions, and also industry visits are conducted parallely with Regular one-on-one counseling for betterment of the students facing difficulties in interviews.
