B.E - ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING

In all walks of life and in all areas of industrial applications, electronics is one word that finds a prominent place. The scope of electronics is such that when it combines with communication, this department has a great impact on all spheres of life. Electronics and communication Engineering is swiftly advancing field with new ideas emerging every second. Enriching the students with not just a strong theoretical base, but also excellent practical exposure, this department grooms future engineers. The department places strong emphasis on fundamentals, so that the student is introduced to compels subjects in an in interesting and easy manner.

PROGRAMME EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEOs):

  • PEO I: Graduates shall be professionals with expertise in the fields of Communication Engineering, Networking, Embedded system and Sensors, Wireless Network and shall undertake Hardware and Software Development, Research and Teaching .
  • PEO II: Graduates will analyze application problems, design Hardware and develop operating systems with sound core Knowledge.
  • PEO III: Graduates shall have professional ethics, team spirit, life-long learning, good oral and written communication skills and adopt corporate culture, core values and leadership skills.

    • PROGRAMME SPECIFIC OUTCOMES (PSOs):

  • PSO1: To analyze, design develop solutions in Hardware Engineering by adapting the emerging technologies.

  • PSO2: To find solutions for real time problems by innovative ideas inautomation of industrial and domestics applications using Embedded systems and IOT devices.
